Cessna Aircraft 182PVH-DOG is a Cessna 182 which is one of the most successful aircraft of all time. Production of these aircraft started in 1956 and they are still produced today. This particular aircraft has been connected to Mitchell's family since new and it has a reputation for being maintained to the highest standards. The aircraft was refurbished in 2018 and it is now equiped with modern Garmin avionics including a new Garmin GFC500 autopilot. As part of the refurbishment the aircraft was repainted and the interior replaced with leather throughout. VH-DOG is often mistaken for a new aircraft.
