Mitchell spent much of his youth in the Kimberley region in north-west Western Australia, on a family cattle station called Fossil Downs. His family has strong links to aviation, with his father and sister also being commercial pilots, and his uncle having amassed 16,000 hours as a pilot. Mitchell holds aerobatic, formation-flying, and tailwheel endorsements. He has been flying for 26 years and he's also a qualified lawyer. When he's not working as a pilot he works as a consultant to public listed companies. He holds bachelor degrees in law (LLB) and commerce (B.Com) and has a diploma of aviation (Dip.Aviation).

Ray commenced flying in 2015 for personal enjoyment and a technical challenge before being infected by the aviation bug (very contagious) obtaining his commercial pilot's licence and starting a new career as a charter and survey pilot. He holds a command instrument rating and an aerobatics endorsement. In a parallel life Ray is a career economist and has held executive and board positions in a "Big 4" consulting firm and government agencies. In addition to his aviation qualifications, Ray holds bachelor and masters degrees in science and a PhD in economics.

Herman is a senior aviation theory instructor at the Western Australian Aviation College, based at Jandakot Airport. He is also a charter pilot and a flying instructor at the Royal Aero Club of Western Australia. He holds a bachelor degree in science (aviation) and a diploma of aviation and he has served in the Hong Kong Air Cadet Corps. Herman has worked in the travel industry including as a travel consultant and in transport liaison. He speaks fluent Cantonese and Mandarin, and he is the main point of contact and the pilot of choice for our Chinese customers.
